You have experience in team supervision and team development aligned with objectives, as well as a passion for sales. Work location: Plaza Outlet Lerma Requirements: High school diploma / Bachelor’s degree, completed or incomplete Experience: retail sales and customer service (footwear preferred) Accustomed to working toward goals and objectives Flexible availability (Monday through Sunday) Responsibilities: Branch management Management, development, and achievement of KPIs Staff management and coordination at the branch Team performance monitoring Sales target achievement tracking Visual merchandising Warehouse: inventory management, FIFO, merchandise replenishment Monitoring compliance with internal processes Cash register closing and reconciliation Billing Administrative duties Store maintenance compliance Knowledge/skills: Leadership Conflict resolution Teamwork Team management Footwear sales (preferred) Customer service and attention Average ticket Conversion rate Inventory management Intermediate Excel proficiency We offer: Weekly guaranteed pay / commissions Bonus for achieving targets Two weekdays off Statutory benefits Uniforms Position type: Full-time Salary: $10,500.00 – $12,800.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
