Greet and assist guests upon arrival at reception, in accordance with the guidelines outlined in the "Elite Distinction" Manual. 2\. Accurately register all guest entries according to their access method in the various control systems. 3\. Be familiar with the different lounge access methods, as well as beverage preparation techniques. 4\. Ensure availability of all necessary supplies and electronic devices, and verify proper functioning of work tools. 5\. Inform guests about the main services available within the lounge, considering the type of access used for entry. 7\. Upon guest request, coordinate necessary activities to ensure comfort and assistance—from booking, prior to arrival at the lounge, throughout their stay in the lounge, and up to boarding, where applicable.
