Join our team and become part of a dynamic, continuously growing operation. * **Responsibilities:** Supervision of cleaning in common areas and accommodations Coordination and monitoring of staff’s daily activities Reporting of defects and follow-up with maintenance Supervision of laundry and inventory management Control of supplies (cleaning products and materials) Stocking accommodations with utensils and linens Guest request handling and follow-up Cash payment collection Administrative task follow-up * **Profile:** Completed bachelor’s degree (preferably in administrative or related fields) Service-oriented attitude Personnel management experience (minimum 20 people) Proactivity Teamwork Initiative and productivity Decision-making ability Assertive communication * **Requirements:** Age: 30 to 45 years old Experience: minimum 2 years Valid driver’s license Schedule: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Sunday (midweek day off) * **We Offer:** Biweekly salary Statutory benefits after probation period (3 months) Growth opportunities aligned with skills Position type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $13,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company phone * Complimentary uniforms Experience: * Personnel supervision: 1 year (preferred) Workplace: On-site employment
