We are looking for talent **WAREHOUSE AND INVENTORY COORDINATOR** **Requirements:** ° Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Administration, or related fields. ° Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouses handling medical devices or products regulated by COFEPRIS. ° Solid knowledge of NOM-241-SSA1-2021 and NOM-059-SSA1-2015. ° ERP system proficiency. ° Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. **Responsibilities:** ° Coordinate and supervise warehouse operations in compliance with NOM-241-SSA1-2021 and NOM-059-SSA1-2015. ° Control inventory levels using the PEPS (First-In, First-Out) methodology. ° Implement and monitor SMART goals related to service levels, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment times, among others. ° Generate and analyze KPIs to evaluate warehouse efficiency (e.g., inventory accuracy, turnover rate, etc.). ° Coordinate product receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch according to established procedures. ° Maintain traceability and integrity of medical devices, ensuring optimal storage conditions. ° Conduct cyclic, monthly, and annual inventories, analyzing discrepancies and proposing improvements. ° Lead the operational team, providing training and ensuring adherence to processes and quality standards. ° Collaborate with Quality, Logistics, Procurement, and Health Regulatory Affairs departments to ensure product availability and regulatory compliance. **We offer:** ° Statutory benefits ° Continuous training ° Working schedule: Monday to Friday, plus alternate Saturdays
