The Volume Planner serves as the operational link between production, logistics, sales, and finance, responsible for translating the demand plan into concrete allocation actions and daily tracking. Additionally, this person is expected to drive adoption of advanced analytical tools to optimize planning processes, automate reporting, and generate insights that enhance decision quality within the area. Curiosity and openness toward new technologies, including artificial intelligence, will be positively valued. **Strategic (25%)** Calculate and validate the annual production plan per assigned line to ensure achievement of sales forecast targets. Actively participate in the S\&D (Supply \& Demand) process, developing demand plans that support logistics, sales, finance, and supply chain. Coordinate with business areas to ensure monthly wholesale targets are met by channel and brand. Identify continuous improvement opportunities in planning processes through data analysis and automation. **Operational (50%)** Calculate total monthly availability (yard, in transit, arriving) to reach agreement on wholesale target. Generate monthly allocation by channel (Retail, Fleet, Wholesale) and dealer. Calculate demand plan based on monthly sales forecast and generate the Production Demand Request file. Track daily vehicle flow (carflow) across all stages: ordering, production, transit, arrival, and dealer delivery. Generate daily allocation progress reports (allocation accomplishment) during the ordering period. Manage VIN-level holdsets, monitor pipeline, and ensure channel reservations align with monthly targets. Monitor daily progress vs. GCR target and promptly alert deviations. Analytics and Innovation (15%) Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards for tracking area KPIs (GCR, wholesale vs. retail, pipeline, holds). Automate repetitive tasks (report generation, data reconciliation, alerts) using tools such as advanced Excel, Power BI, or other analytical platforms. Serve as the technical liaison for the area in process improvement and transformation initiatives. Desirable: explore and propose applications of artificial intelligence and machine learning for demand forecasting, mix optimization, and anomaly detection. Resource Management (10%) Manage short-term production volume per assigned line. Control stock inventory by type: Dealer, Retail, Fleet, and corporate units.
