Team management and development A well-established taquería-style restaurant is seeking a Restaurant Operations/Administrative Manager. REQUIREMENTS: * Prior experience in this position * Operational experience in taquería-style restaurants * Flexible working hours * Experience in restaurant administration * Personnel management * Sales * Experience in customer service, supplier relations, inventory management, cash handling, and cash reconciliations * Point-of-sale (POS) system proficiency * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and performance indicators (KPIs) KNOWLEDGE: * Knowledge of sales, cost, and inventory indicators; team management and development (minimum 15 people) * Supervision of processes and performance metrics; results-oriented mindset and customer service focus * Management of material resources (supplier relations) and human resources * Knowledge and experience in inventory management and budgeting * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems * Personnel management and supervision RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage and operate the business unit in accordance with financial and commercial information, service standards, policies, and quality requirements; ensure proper execution of processes and procedures through shift control to meet operational standards and achieve established sales targets.
