1. Plan staff and production in your cell to achieve objectives. 2. Adhere to implemented quality standards and monitor their proper application in the process and product. 3. Actively and promptly participate in problem analysis and resolution. 4. Monitor cell indicators and generate actions leading to proper achievement of objectives. 5. Ensure proper operation of machinery assigned for product manufacturing. 6. Ensure that production processing takes place according to the schedule displayed on the screen (order by color code). 7. Train and coach newly hired staff. 8. Perform statistical analysis of production and quality indicators using systems established within the organization (Dashboards and AW Management). 9. Provide daily feedback to supervised staff to achieve objectives. 10. Read operation manuals, work methods, and process procedures with the team once a month. 11. Continuously follow up and enforce execution of machinery maintenance according to the established plan and/or reported failures. 12. Maintain the work cell in excellent 5S standards: - Sorting, - Orderliness, - Cleanliness, - Standardization, - Sustainment 13. Maintain a constant sense of belonging and urgency toward achieving objectives. 14. Properly manage material and human resources so they add value to the organization. 15. Ensure every employee entering the work cell wears the appropriate PPE. 16. Actively participate in planning and implementing machinery maintenance. 17. Participate in trainings and activities related to safety and those derived from SASST. Comply with safety procedures and monitor their correct implementation, as well as generate the corresponding records.
