Maintenance Coordinator – Circle K **Salary:** $19,999.00 monthly **Location:** Hybrid work model (Santa Fe Samara Corporate Office / Tlalnepantla) What will you do with us? * **Macro Planning:** Design the monthly preventive and corrective maintenance plan. * **Supplier Management:** Negotiate contracts, source spare parts, and oversee external service providers. * **Technical Support:** Serve as the primary point of contact and backup for maintenance supervisors and analysts. * **Optimization:** Develop continuous improvement projects for branch equipment. * **Digital Control:** Reporting and management via **SAP**, **CMMS**, and **Office** suite. What do we require from you? * **Education:** Incomplete or completed Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field. * **Experience:** 1–2 years coordinating maintenance departments. * **Technical Experience:** Solid knowledge of **refrigeration** systems and **fast-food** equipment. * **Soft Skills:** Sense of urgency, assertive communication, leadership, and teamwork. * **Mobility:** Availability to work under a hybrid model between **Santa Fe (Samara)** and **Tlalnepantla (TCLA)**.
