




Cleaning products manufacturing and marketing company, seeking the following position due to expansion: **Labor Relations Coordinator** **Responsibilities:** * Lead recruitment, onboarding, development, and growth processes for personnel. * Weekly payroll pre-processing control. * Conduct employee onboarding and assist in planning training and development. * Provide support to employees on various human resources-related matters, such as leave requests, incidents, and compensation. * Carry out orderly terminations and separations while safeguarding the integrity of both parties. **Knowledge and Skills:** * In-depth knowledge of human resources functions, including hiring, onboarding, and employee separation. * Basic knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT). * Knowledge of integrating, supervising, and enforcing policies, regulations, values, and the code of ethics. * Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. * Ability to work collaboratively in teams and lead projects. * Ability to resolve problems quickly. **Job Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related fields. * Prior experience in a similar position (minimum 2 years). * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Availability for full-time employment.
