




Job Summary: HR professional responsible for recruitment, employee development and personnel management, internal communication, and conflict resolution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the recruitment and hiring process for candidates 2. Develop strategies to reduce turnover and improve communication 3. Manage payroll preparation, payroll processing, and knowledge of labor laws * Lead the recruitment process, including candidate selection and hiring * Onboarding, training, and follow-up with staff * Strategies to reduce staff turnover and decrease accidents and incidents * Internal communication strategies to keep staff informed, motivated, and performing well * Identification, handling, and negotiation of conflicts * Maintain staff attendance records, both manually and via time clock * Process staff registrations and cancellations with the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS) * Manage personnel files, contract control, vacation scheduling, and incident tracking * Handle payroll preparation and payroll processing * Knowledge of laws related to the human resources field Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $16,000.00 - $24,000.00 per month Education: * Completed Bachelor's degree (Mandatory) Experience: * Human Resources: 2 years (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
