PROMINENT IT COMPANY SEEKING HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER Requirements: * Experience: 4 years in a similar position, verifiable * Payroll Management (Incidents) * Severance and settlement calculations * Proficiency in IDSE, SIPARE, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT platforms * SBC calculation * **CONTPAQi proficiency mandatory** * **Knowledge of REPSE required** * **SUA proficiency required** * **Knowledge of NOM-035 required** * **Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, tables, databases, and charts)** * **Knowledge of Major Medical Expense Insurance and Life Insurance** * Work location: Lomas Verdes, 3rd Section * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month Experience: * CONTPAQi proficiency: 3 years (Mandatory) * REPSE proficiency: 2 years (Mandatory) Workplace: On-site employment
