




**Key Responsibilities** · Coordinate **facilities personnel logistics**, including assignments, schedules, and on-site movements. · Prepare and monitor **budgets related to facilities**. · Coordinate construction execution with: o internal team o clients o suppliers o production logistics · Participate in and lead **construction coordination meetings**, site surveys, and technical meetings. · Continuously monitor project progress until completion. · Prepare necessary **presentations, reports, and documentation** for meetings and project tracking. · Maintain constant communication with the client to address questions, changes, and on-site requirements. · Record and report to the administrative department **personnel movements, locations, and working hours** for facilities staff. · Ensure all **project handover documentation** is complete and accurate (forms, evidence, minutes, etc.). · Properly coordinate **suppliers involved in installation**. · Safeguard and optimize the company’s **financial, material, and human resources**. · Promptly resolve on-site incidents while maintaining cost control and client satisfaction. · Answer work-related phone calls **every day of the week**, as operational needs require. · Have **availability to travel** for site surveys, supervision, or on-site support. **Job Requirements** **Education:** · Architecture, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. **Experience:** · Minimum 3 years in **on-site facilities coordination** or construction projects. · Demonstrable field experience interacting with clients and suppliers. **Technical Knowledge:** · On-site installation processes · Technical personnel coordination · Reading of drawings and technical documentation · Budgeting and basic cost control · Construction processes · **Construction-related technical English** (mandatory) Employment type: Full-time Salary: Up to $16,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
