Focus on recruitment and training **Construction Site Human Resources Coordinator:** Completed bachelor's degree in Economics and Administration, Psychology, or Human Resources **Experience and knowledge in:** Recruitment and selection of personnel through traditional and digital channels Resident in the northern area of the Guadalajara Metropolitan Area / Northern Zapopan Fieldwork with operational staff, i.e., performing HR activities on-site. Intermediate Excel proficiency, verifiable. Experience in personnel hiring, payroll preparation, training, personnel management, and interaction with operational staff (minimum 3 years of experience).
