Address and resolve customer requests and complaints Position: Center Manager Position Objective Comprehensively manage and supervise the center, ensuring compliance with internal policies, operational control, customer service, basic financial management, and achievement of sales objectives. Main Responsibilities * Supervise the center’s overall operations and compliance with policies and regulations. * Manage human resources: organization, supervision, and staff training. * Control expenses, petty cash, collections, and daily reconciliations. * Track domestic and international shipments and keep customers and management informed. * Address and resolve customer requests and complaints. * Coordinate administrative, logistical, and operational processes. * Issue guidelines and invoices, and conduct service and product sales. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and document control at the center. * Report results and support corrective actions for sales.
