Administer budgets, payments, invoicing, and expense control. Prepare financial and administrative reports for senior management. Manage contracts, internal documentation, and compliance with tax obligations. Support the implementation of administrative policies and procedures. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or coordination roles. Basic knowledge of invoicing, budget control, and personnel management. Proficiency in office tools and administrative software. Ability to plan, prioritize, and work towards objectives.
