Presses** **We are seeking:** Engineer / Service Technician **Type of contract:** Indefinite-term **Salary:** Commensurate with experience and skills **Requirements:** **Education:** * **Mechanical, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering (intern, incomplete degree or graduate).** * **Higher Technical Diploma focused on Industrial Maintenance.** **Knowledge:** Pneumatics Hydraulics Industrial mechanics Electrical control PLC * **Experience with mechanical presses and servo presses** (not mandatory). * **Gender:** Indifferent * **Marital status:** Indifferent * **Experience:** Preferable in press maintenance (not mandatory). * **English:** Intermediate (preferable). High sense of responsibility, results-oriented work ethic, proactivity, and ability to work under pressure. Excellent service attitude toward customers and team members. High availability for travel within and outside Mexico. Valid passport and visa (preferable, not mandatory). Reside in or be willing to relocate to **Querétaro or the metropolitan area**. **Main objective** Installation and commissioning of medium- and high-tonnage presses, as well as providing telephone and on-site technical support to customers, including fault tracking and resolution. **Responsibilities** * Assembly of new installations and commissioning of medium- and high-tonnage presses. * Telephone and on-site technical support to customers. * Performing adjustments and necessary activities to ensure optimal press operation. * Identifying and resolving technical issues during service execution. * Completing internal work forms. * Fault tracing on new and used presses of our brand. * Inspections of medium- and high-tonnage presses. * Travel within and outside Mexico. * Compliance with safety standards established by customers. **Competencies** * Teamwork * Proactivity * Working under pressure * Interpersonal skills * Analytical ability * Excellent service attitude * Willingness to travel * Ability to read electrical, control, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams * Basic–intermediate proficiency in Office software suite * Full-time availability At SEYI México, we foster the technical talent that drives industry forward.
