Minimum 4 years in the same position, plus 2 years in similar roles. * **Menu Development:** Collaborate with chefs on creation, pricing, and technical specifications of dishes. * **Supervision:** Oversee daily operations, from receipt of supplies to final service. * **Procurement:** Manage orders, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure delivery quality. * **Inventory:** Control stock levels, minimize waste, and optimize storage. * **Maintenance:** Coordinate equipment and facility repairs and maintenance. * **Regulations:** Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards (POES/HACCP). * **Customer Experience:** Monitor service quality and diner satisfaction.
