Stable work environment and collaborative team A company dedicated to the Logistics Sector is currently seeking personnel for the following position: **Industrial Maintenance Coordinator** **Requirements:** * **Age 24–45 years** * Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Architecture and/or Civil Engineering or related field. * Proven experience in the Logistics and Transportation sector and facility maintenance. \* **Responsibilities** * Develop preventive maintenance plans for facilities. * Develop weekly activity schedules. * Evaluate solution options for facility needs and assess their impact on facilities. * Request and track materials for each project. * Monitor and evaluate quality, costs, services, and delivery timelines of services provided by external vendors. * Develop and meet KPIs for the department.
