We are currently seeking candidates for the following position: **Electromechanical Technician** * **Location:** Puebla * **Position Type:** Full-time * **Availability:** Willingness to work rotating shifts (12x12) **Requirements:** * **Education:** Technical degree in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or related field. * **Minimum Experience:** * 1 year in industrial electrical or electromechanical maintenance. * **Knowledge of:** * Mechanics, electricity, hydraulics, and pneumatics. * Interpretation of electrical, mechanical, and PLC diagrams. * Use of tools, measuring instruments, and welding (arc and oxyacetylene). * Variable frequency drives, motor control centers (MCCs), and control panels. * **Other Requirements:** * Availability to work rotating shifts (12x12, 4x4). * Safe work practices: lockout/tagout, handling of high-risk activities. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment. * Respond to unplanned failures and ensure prompt restoration of critical equipment. * Conduct periodic inspections according to the maintenance plan. * Install, adjust, and calibrate components, motors, instruments, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems. * Apply welding and lifting procedures when required. * Prepare maintenance reports, logs, and records. * Comply with safety standards and internal procedures (EDS). * Propose improvements to enhance equipment reliability. **We Offer:** * Benefits exceeding legal requirements * Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SGMM), Life Insurance. * Employee Transportation, Subsidized Cafeteria.
