Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and punctual CNC Operator with experience in machinery and tools to operate lathes, interpret 2D drawings, and perform adjustments to ensure part quality. Key Highlights: 1. Expert CNC lathe operation in various control modes. 2. Handling of cutting tools and knowledge of CNC programming language. 3. Interpretation of 2D drawings and assurance of part quality. **CNC LATHE OPERATOR** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 2–3 years of experience operating machinery and tools. * Responsible, punctual * Willingness to commute independently; the company does not provide transportation. **WORK SCHEDULE** Shifts rotate every 15 days. * First shift: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday * Second shift: 4:30 PM – 1:30 AM, Monday to Friday **WORK LOCATION:** Queretaro Park, Av. Peñuelas, Qro. **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:** * Operation of machinery and tools * Lathe operation * 2D drawing interpretation * Knowledge of cutting tools * Knowledge of CNC programming language * Knowledge of cutting conditions (feed rates and RPM) * Use of measuring instruments **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Analyze and interpret CNC lathe programs to ensure correct functionality. * Operate CNC lathe controls in manual, semi-automatic, and automatic modes. * Prepare and load raw materials and components into machines. * Monitor CNC lathe operations and make necessary adjustments to optimize output quality. * Inspect and measure finished products and compare them against specifications to determine whether the process has been completed correctly. * Maintain operational parameters within specified tolerances. * Ensure part dimensions comply with requirements using appropriate measuring tools. * Maintain tools, materials, and assigned equipment in optimal condition. * Complete required routing sheets to track the product manufacturing process.
