We seek an organized, resourceful, and reliable individual capable of thriving in a productive and fast-paced environment. **Main Responsibilities:** Management and control of the executive’s schedule. Handling and follow-up of calls, emails, and messages. General administrative support (documents, reports, basic quotations). Organization of physical and digital files. Coordination of meetings and follow-up on agreed actions. Support in internal procedures and administrative tasks. Communication and follow-up with clients and suppliers. Tracking of pending items, payments, and requests. Operational support for tasks assigned by management. **Requirements:** Minimum education: Technical degree or incomplete/completed bachelor’s degree in Administration, Communications, or related field. Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a personal assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (intermediate level). Strong writing and spelling skills. Organizational ability, discretion, and sense of responsibility. Availability for in-person work in Mexico City.
