Education: Completed bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Administration or related field Gender: Indistinct. Availability for flexible working hours and travel within Mexico City (CDMX) and the metropolitan area. Experience: Minimum 2 years’ verifiable experience in operational and field recruitment. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Recruitment and selection of operational positions. \* Provide timely solutions to talent attraction needs \* Plan talent attraction strategies. \* Administer and interpret psychometric and projective tests. \* Prepare controls and reports. \* Ensure timely and appropriate hiring of suitable candidates \* Prepare and deliver reports on results * Guarantee vacancy fulfillment Requirements: * Gender indistinct * Incomplete or completed bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Administration or related field. * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Recruitment and Selection Analyst * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Experience filling operational\-mass vacancies (security guards) * Preferred knowledge of psychometric testing.
