We invite you to participate in the selection process for the position of **OPERATIONAL RECRUITER FOR THE RETAIL SECTOR FOR NEW STORE OPENINGS**. **TRAVEL AVAILABILITY AND FIELD RECRUITMENT IN MULTIPLE STATES OF WESTERN MEXICO IS MANDATORY** **Requirements to Apply:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field * Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in talent attraction and selection * Experience working under KPIs and performance-based metrics * Mandatory: Availability for frequent travel **Your Responsibilities:** * Attracting and selecting candidates for Store Managers and Cashiers * Timely filling of vacancies across multiple regions nationwide * Achieving weekly recruitment targets * Adhering to proper recruitment processes (e.g., conducting interviews, assigning assessments, etc.) * Posting and managing job openings across various platforms and media * Conducting on-site interviews and administering psychometric tests * Candidate tracking and follow-up through to hiring **What We Offer:** * Base salary up to $13,000.00 gross monthly plus bonus for full staffing * Bi-weekly timely payments * Work tools provided * Working schedule: Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings * Statutory benefits * Group benefits * Excellent work environment **Requirements** * Minimum education: Higher education — Bachelor’s degree * 1 year of experience in mass recruitment * Age: between 25 and 35 years old * Skills: Microsoft Excel, Recruitment * Travel availability: Yes * Must not have previously worked at Grupo Salinas (Elektra, Banco Azteca, Total Play, etc.) * Must not have outstanding debts with Elektra or Banco Azteca **If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply through this channel with your updated CV.** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $13,000.00 – $13,001.00 per month Benefits: * Study support * Employee discount * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company phone Work location: On the road
