We are seeking an organized, analytical, and service-oriented individual to join our team. **Position Objective** Ensure comprehensive tracking, coordination, and control of import and export projects, providing personalized customer service, maintaining effective communication with internal departments, and guaranteeing that each operation is executed promptly, cost-effectively, and satisfactorily. **Main Responsibilities** * Serve as the direct contact point for customers, providing clear and up-to-date information regarding the status of their cargo. * Coordinate with internal departments such as Procurement, Customs, Logistics, Marketing, and Administration. * Prepare technical specifications and commercial presentations per product and customer. * Quote projects considering procurement data, profit margins, and market prices. * Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for improvement. * Perform post-sales follow-up to validate the quality of delivered products. * Maintain complete files (digital and physical) per customer and project. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in logistics project management, international trade, or customer service. * Knowledge of: * Import and export logistics * Incoterms * Basic customs law concepts * Cubic capacity calculations * International quotations * Proficiency in Excel and project management platforms is desirable. **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Collaborative and professional work environment. * Opportunities for learning and growth.
