Strategic management of maintenance and suppliers **Molier Talent – Human Capital – seeks a Heavy Fleet Maintenance Manager in Tepotzotlán, State of Mexico** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ A leading and growing company with presence in Mexico and LATAM is seeking its new **Heavy Fleet Maintenance Manager** 100% travel availability required * Education: Automotive Mechanical Engineer or related field * Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role managing heavy fleets of over 100 units nationwide. + **Supplier development and negotiations** at national level + Workshop launch, and development and training of mechanic teams + Strong KPI management within the department Required Knowledge: * Diesel engine vehicle maintenance and repair * Knowledge of full-injection engines * General automotive mechanical knowledge Responsibilities: * Manage and administer the vehicle fleet. * Maintain control over nationwide distribution unit maintenance. * Develop and supervise on-site mechanics for handling basic failures. * Manage maintenance service providers. * Budget and cost control. High degree of **honesty** and operational staff management capability required. Strong professional references and **employment stability** required.
