The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe, comfortable, and pleasant environment for guests by performing preventive and corrective maintenance across all hotel areas. **Job Objective** Maintain hotel facilities, equipment, and services in optimal condition, ensuring operational continuity and guest satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities** Maintain thorough control over maintenance activities. Operate and supervise hotel-specific machinery and equipment. Manage and ensure proper use of tools and materials. Conduct operational measurements on equipment and facilities. Perform daily inspections throughout the property. Respond to incidents, complaints, and requests from guests and other departments (housekeeping, administration, management). Carry out preventive maintenance in guest rooms and facilities. Verify proper operation of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems. Perform minor repairs in carpentry, locksmithing, masonry, painting, among others. Provide timely support to other departments as required by operational needs. **Ideal Candidate ProfileAcademic Background** Education: Completed basic education. Courses in electricity, plumbing, air conditioning, masonry, or general maintenance (preferred). **Work Experience** Minimum 1 year of experience as a maintenance assistant, technician, or operator, preferably in the hotel or service industry.
