Prepares portfolio reports and reconciles payment applications A prominent manufacturing company (metal-mechanical sector) is seeking new talent for the role of Credit and Collections Analyst. **Requirements:** * Academic level: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting * Experience: 2–4 years in manufacturing companies * Electronic invoicing 4.0 * SAT Portal * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * ERP system experience **Competencies:** * Customer service orientation * Negotiation skills * Communication skills * Teamwork and cooperation * Organization and planning * Proactivity * Results orientation **Responsibilities:** · Control and update of the customer portfolio, including balances, due dates, and outstanding amounts to ensure portfolio recovery. · Timely collection follow-up through direct contact with domestic and LATAM customers. · Ensure all payments are properly recorded and accounted for. · Preparation and control of credit memos; identification of discount balances. · Reconciliation of payment complements · Execution of preventive and administrative collection actions to ensure payment compliance. · Continuous coordination with the Sales Department to understand commercial agreements and credit terms. · Preparation of portfolio and collection status reports for management. · Updating of accounts receivable information in the system to support audits · Reconciliation and preparation of payment application reports in MXN and USD · Identification and issuance of intercompany transfer reports at month-end between USA-MEX and MEX-USA · Onboarding of new customers in the National and LATAM CRM · Support to the Accounting Department and external auditors. **Location: Parque Industrial Toluca 2000** Employment type: Full-time, indefinite term Salary: $12,000.00 – $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Food vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
