**Position Objective** Ensure financial, accounting, and administrative control at Opinion X, guaranteeing efficient use of resources, compliance with tax obligations, and generation of reliable financial information for strategic decision-making, within a dynamic digital marketing environment with national and international operations. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise the agency’s general accounting and ensure its proper execution. * Prepare, analyze, and present monthly financial statements and executive reports to Management. * Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts. * Ensure compliance with tax and legal obligations (SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR, IVA). * Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. * Monitor revenue from campaigns, commissions, influencers, and TikTok Shop operations. * Validate invoicing to domestic and international clients. * Supervise payroll, taxes, and payments to suppliers. * Implement and maintain internal controls and financial processes. * Coordinate internal and external audits. * Provide financial support to Management for decisions related to growth, expansion, and profitability. * Maintain financial communication and coordination with foreign clients, platforms, and suppliers when required. **Position Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Finance, or related field. * Minimum of **3 to 5 years** of experience as Controller, General Accountant, or similar role. * Solid knowledge of Mexican tax and accounting regulations. * Experience in marketing agencies, e-commerce, or digital businesses (preferred). * Proficiency in ERP and accounting systems. * Intermediate–advanced Excel skills. * **English proficiency required (intermediate–advanced):** ability to conduct professional communication with international clients and suppliers. **Key Competencies** * High level of confidentiality and professional ethics. * Analytical thinking and results-oriented mindset. * Organization and management of multiple processes. * Clear communication in both Spanish and English. * Ability to work in dynamic, fast-growing environments. **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Financial statements delivered on time and accurately. * Tax compliance with no fines or observations. * Efficient cash flow control. * Profitability per client, campaign, or project. * Efficiency in financial and administrative processes.
