**Job Objective:** To provide high-quality barbering services, delivering an excellent customer experience through haircuts, beard grooming and styling advice, always maintaining a professional, hygienic and friendly environment. **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Perform classic and modern men’s haircuts. * Design, groom and shape beards and mustaches. * Traditional straight-razor shaving. * Advise customers on styles, products and personal care. * Keep tools and work area clean and disinfected. * Comply with hygiene and safety standards. * Provide friendly and personalized service to each customer. * Assist with general cleaning of the barber shop area. * Adhere to working hours and internal establishment policies. **Requirements:** * Previous experience as a barber (minimum 1 year, preferred). * Knowledge of cutting techniques, fades, tapers and classic barbering. * Proficiency in using clippers, scissors and straight razors. * Excellent service attitude and personal presentation. * Punctuality and responsibility. * Teamwork skills.
