Validation of requisitions and verification of parts in warehouse and system **MECANICA TEK is seeking a SPARE PARTS WAREHOUSE CLERK in El Texcal-Progreso-Morelos, State of Mexico** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Ensure spare parts supply and maintain an organized warehouse with proper labeling and part location, while maintaining strict control over inbound and outbound movements, in accordance with FEMSA processes and policies. Requirements: * Minimum 6 months’ experience in spare parts warehouse. * Handling of goods inbound and outbound * Inventory control * High school diploma or equivalent. Responsibilities: * Request spare parts specifications from internal customers (complete unit data). * Verify physical and system availability of requested parts in warehouse. * Confirm that internal customer has an assigned repair order prior to spare parts delivery. * Validate technician-completed manual requisition forms for spare parts. * Enter requisitions into the system using data provided by the Purchasing Manager. * Receive spare parts and purchase orders from suppliers. * Verify received part data against the original request. Additional Requirements: * Availability to work two shifts: morning and afternoon. * Knowledge of automotive spare parts.
