If you have at least 2 years of experience in sales and team supervision at retail points, we invite you to join our team! **Job Description** -------------------------- As the **Retail Telephony Supervisor**, your primary responsibility will be to lead and supervise the promoter team at assigned retail points. Your focus will be on maximizing **sales** and ensuring excellent customer service, aligning with the commercial goals of **GRUPO BENBER** and **Movistar**. ### **Responsibilities** * **Supervise promoters at retail points**: Ensure that the promoter team complies with company standards and receives appropriate training to deliver quality service. * **Sales management**: Implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed established targets. Monitor team sales performance and provide timely feedback. * **Training and development**: Train promoters on Movistar products and services features, as well as effective sales techniques. Evaluate team progress and adjust training strategies as needed. * **Performance analysis**: Review sales reports and conduct analysis based on team performance. Identify improvement opportunities and propose innovative solutions. * **Customer interaction**: Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers.
