We specialize in real estate, but also manage restaurants, liquor stores, and rental businesses for various items. Moreover, we are constantly exploring new opportunities. As you can see, we have substantial work across many verticals. We are seeking graphic designers for FREELANCE work. We want to be very direct and transparent. We will not always have work available; therefore, we aim to build a list/group of graphic designers whom we can contact each time a project arises. We understand that you need to earn money and work, and it is impossible to be available at any time of the day; thus, our solution is to maintain a roster of artists to contact whenever work becomes available. This way, we can hire whoever is available at that moment without causing inconvenience. In one week we may have 0 projects, while in another we may have 70. It is certainly an unusual and inconsistent way of working, but we want you to consider this opportunity as supplemental income. Once added to the group, we will contact you until you choose to opt out. We will strive to provide as many projects as possible so that everyone has a chance to get work. Work is paid hourly, between $120MXN – $200MXN, and payments are processed via WISE every Saturday. The exact rate is determined during the initial interview and depends on your experience. Requirements: – Share your portfolio directly or ensure it is accessible via your resume. – Agree to the work arrangement. – Minimum one year of prior experience as a graphic designer (video production and photography experience does not count). – English preferred, but not required.
