Key responsibilities: * Editing, reviewing, and supervising breaking news, police-source, and urban coverage content. * Defining editorial priorities based on relevance, social impact, and local context. * Ensuring clarity, accuracy, human-centered focus, and consistency with Juárez Digital’s editorial line. * Direct coordination with reporters for assignment, follow-up, and content improvement. * Supervision of live broadcasts, headlines, copy, and social media narratives. * Making rapid decisions in urgent news situations. * Ethical language use, especially on sensitive topics (violence, victims, community).
