This position requires an excellent service attitude, as it represents the company’s image to customers and maintains constant communication with our various branches to ensure smooth operations. Core responsibilities involve logistics documentation and direct customer interaction. Main Responsibilities: * Direct customer service at the counter * Receiving and delivering goods * Entering waybills, delivery notes, and documentation into the system * Coordinating with branches for shipment tracking * Assisting with cargo cubication (training provided) * Validating shipment information * Maintaining constant communication with the operations and logistics departments * Following up on services requested by customers Requirements: * Must be of legal age * Completed high school education (minimum) * Customer service experience (mandatory) * Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and courteous demeanor * Proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibility We Offer: * Base salary * Statutory benefits * Paid training at CEDIS GUADALAJARA (Head Office) * Job stability * Monthly productivity bonus Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (1-hour lunch break).
