Job Summary: We are seeking an Industrial/Miner Welder to perform welding and repair work on metal structures and heavy machinery, ensuring quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Heavy machinery repair and hardfacing application 2. Fabrication and assembly of metal structures 3. Interpretation of welding drawings and symbols JOB PROFILE – INDUSTRIAL / MINING WELDER **Job Objective:** Perform welding and repair work on metal structures, components, and heavy machinery, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with established standards on mining site or project. Main Responsibilities: * Perform SMAW (shielded metal arc welding), MIG and/or TIG welding. * Repair buckets, hoppers, chassis, and components of heavy machinery. * Fabrication and assembly of metal structures. * Interpretation of welding drawings and symbols. * Cutting using oxy-fuel and plasma. * Application of hardfacing. * Compliance with safety regulations and proper use of PPE. * Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Requirements: * Minimum education: Completed secondary school. * Minimum experience: 2 years in industrial or mining welding. * Knowledge of heavy machinery (desirable). * Availability to work on-site or at project locations. * Knowledge of industrial safety.
