**Responsibilities** Ensure that executed work items comply with the specifications outlined in the contract; validate any changes arising during construction and verify that information is timely, enabling the preparation of control dashboards so that department heads can make better-informed decisions. **Functions** * Review cost estimates and generate comparisons between contracted versus executed work on-site within a maximum of 15 days of receipt. * Supervise site cleanliness, preventing accumulation of debris, while ensuring work quality meets contractual requirements. * Ensure suppliers adhere strictly to contracted scopes of work, avoiding unauthorized extras and complying fully with Group policies. * Monitor the base budget for each line item to prevent exceeding allocated budget amounts. **Highest Level of Education** Bachelor’s Degree / Engineering Degree **Relevant Field of Study** Architecture or Civil Engineering **Technical Knowledge** Ability to read concept catalogs, specifications, and drawings—from conceptual design through construction documents.
