**For Project Launch** **We Require** * Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in SELF-CONSUMPTION and/or BESS projects. * Proficiency with electrical design tools (AutoCAD, PVSyst, etc.). * Knowledge of Mexico’s energy regulatory framework. * **Likewise, will oversee installations in Ameca and Colima** **We Offer** * Salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits. * Work schedule from Monday to Saturday. **Responsibilities** * Interpretation of drawings and technical specifications. * Use of construction management software (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD). * Monitoring of progress, costs, and estimates. * Coordination of electrical and mechanical testing. * HSE regulations and environmental management in industrial projects. * Daily supervision of construction progress. * Coordination of material and equipment receipt and proper installation. * Ensuring adherence to schedules and budget. * Implementation and oversight of safety, health, and environmental policies. * Validation of quality and functional tests for photovoltaic systems. * Preparation of progress reports and delivery of documentation for project closeout. * Serving as liaison between field operations, engineering, procurement, logistics, and the client.
