




Position Summary: This role is responsible for receiving and greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, providing general administrative support, and assisting Human Resources with activities and event organization. We boldly go. **Where is the work:** On\-Site (5 days) **What’s in it for you?** You will be responsible for courteously and professionally welcoming all visitors and answering all incoming phone calls. You will maintain control over correspondence and provide administrative support to Human Resources for activities and event organization. **Where is the work:** This position is on-site at the Cancún office. **What you’ll do:** * Answer all incoming calls and route them to the appropriate individuals. * Welcome all visitors, notify Trane personnel, and follow up on visitor service. * Support activities such as: vendor identification and onboarding, document delivery to employees, receipt of office stationery, registration, distribution, and control thereof; filing office attendance records. * Receive, register, classify, and dispatch all assigned office messaging to branches, customer offices, or suppliers, ensuring compliance with standards and policies. * Request issuance of company-wide ID badges, track their receipt, and distribute them to staff. * Support Human Resources in organizing employee events and provide administrative support to various departments upon request. **What you’ll bring:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in administrative fields. Intermediate English language proficiency (preferred but not mandatory). Proficiency in Office / Outlook. Approximately 2 years of experience in administrative roles. Competencies: Document Tracking: Ensuring accuracy and compliance in tracking documents and files. Effective Communication: Adapting clear and effective communication according to audience and context. Event Organization: Efficiently planning and coordinating corporate events within budget. Impeccable Writing: Drafting documents with flawless spelling and clear structure. Customer Service: Delivering personalized and efficient service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
