Availability to commit full-time to an initial 2-month project, with potential extension into the next phase. Residence in Xalapa or nearby areas close to Dos Ríos, Emiliano Zapata, Ver. **Experience:** Knowledge of construction processes focused on industrial buildings, particularly documentation-related aspects. Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, 3ds Max, or similar. Knowledge of BIM design software: ArchiCAD / Revit. Proficiency in digital graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, CANVA. Proficiency in digital tools, Microsoft Office suite, spreadsheets, and project management software.
