Technical & Machine Operation Proficient in operating and monitoring production machinery (e.g., CNC, assembly line equipment, packaging machines) Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders Experience with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and batch records Basic mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and minor maintenance Familiarity with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) interfaces is a plus 2. Quality Control & Precision Strong attention to detail to identify defects and ensure product specifications are met Experience using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges) Ability to conduct routine quality checks and document results accurately 3. Safety & Compliance Strong commitment to workplace safety and OSHA (or local equivalent) standards Knowledge of proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) usage Experience with Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures Ability to handle hazardous materials safely (if applicable) 4. Physical & Operational Abilities Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs (or specific requirement) and performing physical labor Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination Willingness to work rotating shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed 5.
