Our track record with **AAA companies** establishes us as a reliable partner committed to **quality, safety, and compliance.** **Position:** **Electrical / Electromechanical Engineer – Construction Supervisor** **Department:** Electromechanical Construction Supervision and Execution **Project Duration:** **4 months (fixed term)** **Location:** Jilotepec \- San Agustín 1, 54240 Jilotepec de Molina Enríquez, Méx. **Job Type:** Full-time – On-site at construction site **Position Objective:** Supervise the proper execution of **electrical and electromechanical work** on the project, ensuring compliance with established technical, regulatory, and safety standards. The ideal candidate must demonstrate **operational leadership, specialized technical knowledge, and customer negotiation skills**, guaranteeing timely, accurate, and high-quality completion of assigned tasks. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise the installation of **industrial electrical systems**: conduits, wiring, panels, lighting, grounding, among others. * Coordinate electromechanical activities together with civil, mechanical, and safety teams. * Review electrical drawings, isometrics, and single-line diagrams to ensure correct execution. * Maintain **constant communication with the client (Truper)** to monitor progress, requirements, and technical adjustments. * Prepare **daily reports, estimates, material tracking, and site logs.** * Verify compliance with electrical regulations **NOM\-001\-SEDE, NOM\-029\-STPS,** and applicable codes. * Coordinate field crews and subcontractors. * Supervise the proper implementation of industrial safety procedures. * Assist in **compiling technical files and project closeout documentation.** **Requirements:** * **Education:** Degree or near graduation in Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering or related field. * **Minimum Experience:** 3 years in electrical or electromechanical industrial projects. * **Desirable:** Prior involvement in projects for **Grupo Truper** or other industrial companies. * Solid knowledge of industrial electrical installations, control, automation, and power systems. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD, Excel, Project,** and Office suite. * Strong technical analysis and document control skills. * **Immediate availability** and willingness to work on-site throughout the 4-month project. * Valid driver's license. **We Offer:** * Fixed-term contract (4 months). * Competitive salary based on experience. * Statutory benefits. * Experience in high-level industrial projects. * Opportunity to join a prestigious company in electromechanical construction execution.
