Fieldwork focused on safety and efficiency Job Description: Construction Supervisor for WWTP Expansion – Mexicali Plant A Construction Supervisor is required for the expansion project of the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) located in Mexicali. This position targets individuals with training or interest in construction, civil engineering, or industrial maintenance, who are eager to learn and grow within a real construction project. Extensive experience is not required; only responsibility, initiative, and willingness to work in the field. The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the construction activities carried out during the WWTP expansion. This includes daily monitoring of excavation, steel reinforcement preparation and placement, concrete pouring, pipeline installation, civil structure construction, equipment assembly, as well as reviewing physical progress at each project stage. Main responsibilities include verifying that crews work in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, and safety standards; reviewing contractors’ compliance with scheduled activities; reporting deviations or issues identified in the field; documenting progress through photographs and logs; coordinating with the site representative, engineering department, and plant personnel to ensure efficient execution of works without affecting existing operations; and processing required permits. The selected candidate will also support activities such as on-site material inspection, basic quality control, and machinery reception.
