Job Description: At Estructuras Metálicas de Aculco, we are seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of industrial building construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating contractors, controlling costs, supervising progress, and ensuring that projects meet quality, safety, and timeline standards. Responsibilities: · \- Develop and monitor the master construction plan and schedule. · \- Coordinate human resources, materials, and machinery on site. · \- Supervise contractors and suppliers. · \- Manage budgets and control variances. · \- Ensure compliance with quality and industrial safety standards. · \- Report progress to management and clients. Requirements: · \- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. · \- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or site supervisor in industrial building construction. · \- Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and advanced Excel. · \- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards. · \- Availability to work in Aculco, State of Mexico.
