




**Functions and Responsibilities:** * Responsible for implementing preventive safety measures and following up on safety findings. * Managing product quality jointly with their work team (team leaders). * Analyzing and reducing scrap. * Coordinating die, tooling, raw material, labor, and productivity requirements to ensure optimal execution of the production plan, thereby improving daily plan achievement; coordinating daily changes requested by the scheduling department after issuance of the production plan, adjusting production runs and tracking requirements according to production order priorities. * Implementing continuous improvement projects with a positive impact on metrics. * Developing subordinates by identifying and requesting training needs for personnel under their supervision. * Monitoring absenteeism and staff turnover reduction. * Ensuring compliance with RIT. * Compliance with ISO 9001 requirements. * Supporting internal and external audits. * Monitoring raw material receipt at machines and secondary areas, production processes, and finished goods. * Identifying personnel training needs and requesting training aligned with personnel job functions. **Job Requirements:** * Education: Final semesters of engineering studies, preferably degree-holding. 1–2 years of experience in a similar position. * Physical Requirements: 20% office work, 80% shop floor work. Primarily shop floor work. Minimal physical effort required. * Hard Skills: Analytical. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Basic knowledge of LFT. Knowledge of ISO 9000. Knowledge of NOM-035. * Soft Skills: Teamwork. Strong oral and written communication. Coaching. Good interpersonal relationships. Leadership.
