




Job Summary: Technical lead responsible for executing, maintaining, and optimizing machining and cutting processes in CNC and conventional environments, ensuring quality and precision. Proficiency in interpreting mechanical drawings and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) **Job Objectives:** * Technical lead responsible for executing, maintaining, and optimizing machining and cutting processes in CNC and conventional environments * Ensuring product precision quality and environmental care * Exercising autonomy to perform manual programming and setup configurations * Performing preventive maintenance of equipment * Ensuring proper use of resources (tooling and machinery) * Complying with quality management system procedures to guarantee high-precision results **Job Responsibilities:** * Expertly operate conventional Lathe and Milling Machines for roughing, finishing, and one-off parts * Operate and control CNC machining centers and lathes (Haas controls preferred) * Perform manual on-machine programming of machining cycles (G and M codes) * Sharpen cutting tools (HSS tool bits, drills, end mills) according to workpiece material * Advanced interpretation of mechanical drawings and geometric and dimensional tolerance symbols (GD\&T) * Perform self-release of parts using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, dial indicators) **Personal Competencies:** * Precision and Attention to Detail * Technical Problem Solving * Self-Management **Education and Other Requirements:** * Technical Diploma in Machine Tools * Industrial Mechanical Technician * Or equivalent verifiable experience of +5 years * Availability to rotate shifts **Experience:** * CNC experience (G and M code programming language; Haas controls preferred) * Proven proficiency in using parallel lathes and universal milling machines (calculating feed rates and speeds) * Knowledge of manual cutting and tool sharpening, and selection of cutting parameters (steels, aluminum, stainless steels) * Metrology expertise with measuring instruments (Vernier calipers, internal/external micrometers, bore gauges, comparators) * Ability to interpret complex assembly drawings and technical quality standards **We Offer:** * $1,800.00 monthly in grocery vouchers * All statutory benefits * PPE * Career development opportunities Job Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 \- $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
