Analytical, reporting, communication, and leadership skills **IRM** An industrial maintenance company specializing in cement plants nationwide and internationally is seeking Industrial Safety personnel with the following qualifications. * Education: Industrial, Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering degree, or related field. * Age: 25 to 55 years old. * Experience: Minimum two years in a similar position (verifiable). * Gender: No preference. * Schedule availability: Day or night shift. * Willingness to travel within Mexico and the Caribbean. Required Knowledge: * Applicable safety regulations. * Safety management for high-risk work: Working at heights, confined space entry, cutting and welding, lifting operations, and high-temperature work. * Detailed risk analysis for each activity. Job Responsibilities: * Supervise and ensure compliance with safety regulations at various plants visited. * Conduct **5-minute safety talks** before commencing activities to promote and reinforce the importance of workplace safety. * Systematically inspect tools and personal protective equipment (PPE), including fire extinguishers, harnesses, **PPE**, ladders, platforms (articulated boom lifts), and/or scaffolding. * **Prepare** daily work permits. * Document and track internal and external client protocols. * Conduct periodic safety inspections and submit daily NEAR MISS reports.
