Collaborative work environment **About the Position** We are looking for an Industrial Engineer with a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience to join our team in a dynamic role covering logistics operations, supply chain, and human resources management. If you are organized, proactive, and eager to grow in an operational environment, this is your opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage and track purchase orders from generation through to closure. * Coordinate logistics with suppliers, carriers, and warehouse. * Supervise and optimize the supply chain. * Support HR processes: recruitment, attendance tracking, incident handling, and personnel documentation. * Analyze workload distribution and job descriptions. * Develop and monitor operational and logistics indicators (KPIs). * Identify process improvement opportunities within internal operations using continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen). * Support inventory planning and control. * Participate in process optimization and cost reduction projects. * Manage and analyze operational data to support decision-making. **Requirements** * Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field (graduated). * 1 to 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. * Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and/or procurement. * ERP knowledge (SAP, Oracle or similar) is desirable. * Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills. * Availability to work on-site. **We Offer** * Monthly salary of $18,000 to $20,000 MXN. * Statutory benefits. * Collaborative work environment. * Grocery vouchers of $900 per month (starting after 3 months of service).
