Advanced interpretation of mechanical drawings and GD&T symbols. **Job Objectives:** * Technical responsible for executing, maintaining, and optimizing machining and cutting processes in CNC and conventional environments * Ensuring product precision quality and environmental care * Integrating autonomy to perform manual programming and setup configurations * Performing preventive maintenance on equipment * Ensuring proper utilization of resources (tooling and machinery) * Complying with quality management system procedures to guarantee high-precision results **Job Responsibilities:** * Expertly operate conventional Lathe and Milling Machine for roughing, finishing, and custom parts * Operate and control CNC Machining Centers and CNC Lathes (Haas controls preferred) * Perform manual on-machine programming of machining cycles (G-Code and M-Code) * Sharpen cutting tools (HSS tool bits, drills, end mills) according to workpiece material * Advanced interpretation of mechanical drawings and geometric and dimensional tolerance symbols (GD&T) * Perform self-release of parts using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, dial indicators) **Personal Competencies:** * Precision and Attention to Detail * Technical Problem Solving * Self-Management **Education and Other Requirements:** * Technician in Machinery and Tools * Industrial Mechanical Technician * Or equivalent verifiable experience of +5 years * Availability to rotate shifts **Experience:** * CNC experience (G-Code and M-Code programming language; Haas controls preferred) * Proven proficiency in using Engine Lathe and Universal Milling Machine (calculating feed rates and speeds) * Knowledge of manual cutting and tool sharpening, and selection of cutting parameters (steels, aluminum, stainless steels) * Metrology expertise with measuring instruments (Vernier caliper, inside/outside micrometer, bore gauge, comparators) * Ability to interpret complex assembly drawings and technical quality standards **We Offer:** * $1,800.00 monthly in grocery vouchers * All statutory benefits * Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) * Development opportunities Job Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 – $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
