Promotes the development of leadership and teamwork skills. **Objective** Plan, develop, standardize, and supervise the machined manufacturing process, ensuring strict compliance with customer requirements, traceability, and internal quality policies. Leads the process from purchase order/work order receipt through delivery. **Requirements** * **Education:** Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * **Experience:** 3 to 5 years in CNC machining manufacturing. * **Technical Knowledge:** * CNC programming and G-code * Interpretation of drawings and 3D CAD * Quality control (IPQC, control plans, R&R) * ERP, PLM / SharePoint * Machining tooling and processes * **Skills:** * Leadership and decision-making * Planning and organization * Effective communication * Results-oriented mindset * Teamwork **We Offer** Base salary (based on experience) Statutory benefits Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Saturdays: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
