




Job Description: We are seeking a Budget Analyst with experience in the construction sector to develop and update the baseline and executive budgets for our projects. The candidate will be responsible for integrating direct, indirect, and financial costs that reflect actual site conditions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with institutional margin requirements. Key Responsibilities: Prepare executive and comparative construction budgets. Coordinate quantity takeoffs and quantifications. Analyze productivity rates, unit costs, and input prices. Maintain up-to-date databases of prices and productivity rates. Prepare deviation reports and variance analysis. Requirements: Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in budgeting or cost control. Proficiency in Neodata, Opus, and Advanced Excel. Knowledge of unit price analysis and current regulatory standards. Competencies: Analytical thinking, attention to detail, teamwork ability, and professional ethics in handling technical and financial information.
